Introduction

Welcome to Streaks. By using streaks.cc ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Streaks is operated by Joycode.

The Service

Streaks is a web application for tracking personal discipline streaks, sharing progress, and building lasting habits. The Service includes both free and premium subscription features.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • One person per account — sharing accounts is not permitted

Free and Premium Plans

  • The free plan includes one active streak with sharing capabilities
  • Streaks Premium ($2.49/month or $14.99/year) includes unlimited streaks, streak history, daily journal, analytics, and customization
  • Premium subscriptions include a 7-day free trial
  • Subscriptions are billed through LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

User Content

  • You retain ownership of all content you create (streak data, journal entries, shared cards)
  • By sharing a streak card, you grant us permission to display that content publicly via the share link
  • You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@streaks.cc.

Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Streaks is a tracking tool, not medical or professional advice

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joycode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
